Storybook Estate

“Storybook.”  That is how the conversation about this legacy home started.  “I want my forever home to feel like a storybook.”  Due to the unique peninsula topography, the couple wanted to have a lake view from every possible angle. With a large family, the most important elements of the house were the large gathering spaces such as the kitchen, family room, dining room, and outdoor living space. Large windows on the front and rear elevations flood the home with natural light and provide expansive waterfront views. Inspired from a storybook, this estate has truly been the clients’ “happily ever after.”
